Counseling And Psychological Services (CAPS)

Body
The therapists at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) can help you explore different ways to deal with life's transitions and assist you with more serious concerns—all in a confidential, culturally sensitive, supportive environment. Counseling can help you develop more fulfilling relationships, succeed academically, and feel a greater connection to the SMC community. Confidential services are available at no additional cost to Saint Mary’s graduate and full-time undergraduate students.

CAPS recognizes that the Southern California wildfires have been devastating and have impacted many SMC students. To inquire about drop in session availability, students can call CAPS at (925) 631-4634, email us at caps4634@360study.net, walk into CAPS (lower level of Augustine Hall), or schedule a special drop in session online

TimelyCare's TalkNow feature, a free 24/7 support service, is also available to all SMC students.
